Shipping 

• Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours (Monday - Friday) using Australia Post or Sendle. Australia Post and Sendle's delivery standard is 2-8 days. We do not ship outside of Australia at this time.

• For your peace of mind, all Sox Magic orders are packed on the same business day!

• In the case that you are wanting to exchange your item, you will be responsible for your own shipping costs when returning your item. 

• Did your order arrive damaged? Please contact us via email at info@soxmagic.com. To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you are required to take a clear photo of the packaging, the shipping label and the damaged items.

Click and Collect

• Orders online can also be picked up daily, from 9 am - 6 pm. A confirmation email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
