Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours (Monday - Friday) using Australia Post or Sendle. Australia Post and Sendle's delivery standard is 2-8 days. We do not ship outside of Australia at this time.
For your peace of mind, all Sox Magic orders are packed on the same business day!
In the case that you are wanting to exchange your item, you will be responsible for your own shipping costs when returning your item.
Did your order arrive damaged? Please contact us via email at info@soxmagic.com. To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you are required to take a clear photo of the packaging, the shipping label and the damaged items.

Orders online can also be picked up daily, from 9 am - 6 pm. A confirmation email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
